A sanctuary for deep restoration — intimate postpartum retreat and life-transition wellness, opening in Ubud, Bali, Q1 2027.
Amarta Nurtura is an intimate boutique postpartum retreat opening in the highlands of Ubud, Bali. With three private villas and a 350 sqm purpose-built wellbeing studio, the sanctuary accommodates a maximum of six guests at any time — ensuring absolute privacy, clinical continuity, and the deep restoration that the fourth trimester demands.
At its core is The Amarta Method™: a proprietary clinical framework that bridges evidence-based postpartum rehabilitation — pelvic floor physiotherapy, IBCLC lactation support, clinical nutrition, and medical monitoring — with the ancestral healing wisdom of Bali. Boreh body treatments, Jamu herbal medicine, traditional abdominal binding, and sacred ceremonies are applied not as decorative gestures, but as clinically reviewed modalities with specific physiological and psychological intent.
Amarta Nurtura serves mothers at every stage of the fourth trimester as well as women navigating life transitions — peri-menopause, surgical recovery, or the need for profound rest and renewal. The resort is intentionally small, ensuring that each guest receives a completely individualized care plan designed before arrival and refined daily throughout the stay.
A dedicated external wellness center — offering à la carte day sessions in yoga, float therapy, bodywork, pelvic rehabilitation, and specialist consultations — will open alongside the resort, welcoming non-resident guests through a separate entrance that preserves the privacy of villa guests.
All stays include private villa accommodation, full organic nutrition, core daily activities, and access to pool and wellbeing studio amenities. Programs are a starting point — every stay is personalized.
