Bali's premier postpartum wellness resort is building its founding team of maternity carers.
We are looking for midwives and postpartum nurses who want to help shape the standard of maternal care in Southeast Asia — combining warm, expert maternity support with the ancestral healing wisdom of Bali.
Ahead of our flagship Ubud sanctuary opening, our founding team is delivering the Amarta Method across South Bali on a mobile basis — caring for mothers in our private villas and partner locations in Canggu, Seminyak, Denpasar, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu. Every member of this founding team will transition into a permanent, Ubud-based role as our Roots sanctuary opens.
The senior maternity authority for our founding team. You will design and own the Amarta Method's care approach, build and train your own team of nurses and lactation consultants, hold direct responsibility for the safety and quality of every mother's experience, and provide hands-on care to our most exclusive guests.

The day-to-day presence our guests come to trust and rely on. You'll deliver hands-on maternal and newborn care across our villas and partner locations, working closely with our Head of Care to bring the warmth and expertise of the Amarta Method to every mother and baby.
